Good leadership is necessary for us to run our organisations well. We need leaders to point us in the right direction and also support our ambitions. So, here are three ways good leadership changes organisations for the better.

1. They Do Not Remain Silent

Unlike most individuals, good leaders do not remain silent. Many of us are willing to not speak up and get on with our day jobs. We also do not mind leaving questions unanswered unless they concern us.

However, leaders are constantly pushing to delve deeper. In doing so, they find new opportunities and grow themselves and others around them.

2. Build Meaningful Relationships

Although many of us are happy with the friendships we have at work, how many of us actively take the time to build them? Growing our relationships as well as our network are vital things that tend to go against the norm.

Good leaders do not seek to have surface-level networks. Instead, they build a network of people that want to see them do well and are willing to support them. And this raises their ability to influence others.

3. Aim Beyond Their Ambitions
