3 Ways to Use Mindfulness to Become More Productive

When we recognise drops in our performance, we are often undergoing an internal conflict. For the most part, we know what we need to do, but we struggle to find the energy or time to do it.

Research has shown that in times of high job demand, we struggle to respond to mindful practices. That is because we are more likely to see it as a waste of time as we run around trying to get things done.

As our economy continues to struggle, we are seeing increases in job demand. Many of us have a lot of things on our plate and feel there is not enough time to do it all.

As a result, we try to battle the chaos of high job demand and do our best to keep up. However, we tend to come home feeling tired and never believing that we have done enough.

Productivity has a lot to do with how we feel in the present moment. That is why remaining mindful is the best thing we can do to enhance our performance. So, here are three ways you can use mindfulness to enhance your performance at work.
