We have all experienced the force of reciprocity. When someone gives us something, and we feel we have to give something back, there is often reciprocity at play.

There are many times you may feel the urge to buy someone coffee, try a product or do someone a favour because, at some point, the individual has done something for you.

We can use the power of reciprocity in our teams and other partnerships to create positive relationships that are long-lasting. By constantly giving your team respect, time and care, you can expect to receive the same from them.

So, start thinking about the things you would like from your working relationships and start giving them to others. You might just receive them in return.
