How Change Becomes a Source of Opportunity
Change has been a focus of ours over the past few weeks, and rightfully so. We are having to navigate change at a fast pace as our organisations and leaders adjust to the current economic climate. With more questions being asked of our leaders, it is pivotal that we understand how to navigate these uncertain times.
As highlighted in past articles, we often see the negative side of change. We think about all the work that comes along with it, and the complaints that will come as a result. Not to mention, the lack of certainty in all of the decisions we make.
However, change can also bring about new opportunities. Peter Drucker, a management thinker that has revolutionised business, has identified seven sources of opportunity that lead to great ideas and new innovation.

- Incongruities
