Now, more than ever, the world is seeking hope. The year 2020 has been a turning point in the history of our civilisation and we are only halfway through. The idea of a pragmatic idealist seems to sound contrary as they are opposites in their purest form. However, good leaders need and have both qualities.
Pure Idealist VS Pure Pragmatist
Pure idealist can be rather annoying. They believe all ideas towards an ideal cause have something to contribute to the world. They also spend the majority of their life pursuing an ideal world of perfection in all areas. Ideal views are wonderful and paint a picture of what the world could be if everyone was selfless, loving and motivated to do better for themselves and others. Unfortunately, this not the case and an ideal picture of the world is merely a nice image rather than a reality. However, pure idealist will pursue that image throughout their lives and come up with ideas to overcome the barriers they face to get to this ideal picture. The pragmatist is quite the opposite. These individuals seek to make the greatest practical use of their thoughts by adding value today…
