Welcome back to another episode in our journey up the Maslow Hierarchy of needs. Last time, we looked at the importance of our physiological needs and how they help us understand balance.

This time, we move further up the hierarchy to areas in which we have more control. The reality is, our physiological needs will be ever-present without us prompting them. We can not go without them.

However, we actually have more control over our safety needs than we think, and to make sure we function at our best, it is essential to know how to take control of your safety needs.
