My experience will be slightly different to yours, and maybe I am too young :). However, I will stick by the notion that I am not oppressed until my experience tells me otherwise.

Based on my current experience in the corporate world and education, I have not seen enough to convince me.

Even the facts appear to lean towards my favour in education when it comes to ethnic minorities in the UK (not sure about USA).
