I used to worry about this too, and what helped me was understanding that my worries were also me having a lack of appreciation for life in the present.

The person you are becoming and the pursuit towards your goals is what is going to bring you fulfilment when you lay on your death bed one day.

Life is short, and worrying about our distant future is only taking time away from us in the present to focus on what really matters.

I have found having this approach of appreciating who I am today and looking forward to who I hope to be tomorrow has helped me much.

Thanks for writing and sharing, you are not alone, and I still struggle with this sometimes.
