Thanks for sharing this insightful read. Assertive individuals often demand our respect without asking for it because people can tell instantly when they have crossed the line.

However, some people are less assertive (or warmer) than others and struggle to do that due to personality trait differences. Although we can not expect everyone to be able to control their animalistic desires, in turn, we should not expect everyone to have a trait of assertiveness to be respected.
