Many graduates are not fortunate to walk into jobs straight after university. For many of them, there will be a short period of looking for jobs before they enter the workforce.

Although many graduates see this as stressful. It is also an opportunity to incorporate good habits into their lives for the future. So, here are the three habits you should implement.

Practice Staying Connected

Learning to stay connected with those that help your internal growth is essential. As you go through the stages of your career, having this habit in place will also help. Learning to stay connected with those you meet along your journey to that managerial role may be the difference between getting your dream job or not.

As the old saying goes:

“It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.”

Therefore, get into the regular habit of staying connected with those who can add value to your internal growth.
