We often do not give ourselves the credit we deserve. Most of us see bravery as an amazing act against fear. However, we all carry out brave actions in our day to day lives.

I hope after reading this short, you can see how you are braver than you ever thought you were.

You Have Faced Another Day

Facing another day means you are willing to take on the risk. None of us knows how our days will turn out, even if we have made a plan. I am sure we have all had those days where our plans went out the window thanks to the uncertainties of life.

When you get up to start your day, you are saying to the world that you are willing to take on the risk. And although it seems small, it is a brave action nonetheless.

You Have Others Who Rely on You

If you have a family, job and friends, you are a human under pressure. Many of us do not realise it, but people depend on us for all sorts of things. That may be your colleague at work for your skills or your child.

Whoever it is, you probably show up for them regularly. And that showing up is an action that requires bravery.

You Have Goals and Aspirations
