What Is Introverted Leadership?

We often see leadership roles depicted in an extroverted fashion. The person seems to be full of energy around others and seeks to pull people towards them.

Although extroverted leaders certainly have their benefits, introverted leadership does too. So, here is what leadership looks like and how you can lead if you are an introvert.

What Is Introverted Leadership?

Introverted leadership is all about collecting ideas and bringing them inwards. It is a very different approach to extroverted leadership which is about expanding the ideas of the leader.

Since introverts enjoy solving problems on their own, they are better suited to listen to the collaborative ideas of others and then pose a solution. In doing so, they can create solutions and missions that encompass all of their team’s values.

What Is Good Introverted Leadership?

Good introverted leadership encompasses two main categories. The first is being an active listener, and the second is creating positive environments.

By being active listeners, introverts can ensure that all the collaborative ideas are represented in the solution they pose. And by creating good environments for their team to work…
