You raise a good point! There are some things engraved in our personalities that make it easier for some people to do things than it is for others.

Of course, we can always learn things, but I do think that some will always find developing leadership traits easier than others.

That being said, it is always important to stay true to yourself. There is a wide range of personalities people have, and all have positives and negatives.

It is good to keep an open mind and try to learn as many positive personality traits as we can, but at the end of the day, we will always be ourselves.

That is why I still hold to the claim that leadership is not for everyone, but everyone can learn positive things from a leader.
